This is an application for learning foreign languages based on the spaced repetition system, like Anki but much better.

Prepare notes in a spreadsheet with the following fields: nl_text, nl_clue, easy_level_no, foreign_language_id, fl_text, fl_clue, comment. Save the file as csv: character set: unicode (utf-8), field delimiter: `;`, string delimiter: `"`, save cell content as shown, quote all text cells. Go to Upload csv page and upload your file. Then go to Notes page and add media to them if needed.
